What is Vestibular Rehabilitation?
Vestibular Rehabilitation is the specific treatment and exercise-based physiotherapy for patients suffering from vestibular disorders.
When should I seek Vestibular Rehabilitation?
If you are suffering from dizziness, vertigo, nausea, motion sickness, visual disturbances, unsteadiness and loss of balance, you may be suffering from a vestibular disorder.
To receive treatment you may be referred by your GP or an ENT Specialist but this is not essential.
What does treatment involve?
Treatment follows firstly an in-depth detailed assessment to determine the type of
